Derby relocation

Acting on behalf of Anglian Windows Ltd, we are pleased to announce the completion of a transaction that sees Anglian relocate its operations in Derby to new office premises in St James’ Court. The deal was facilitated by way of a simultaneous surrender of Anglian’s existing lease at Queen Street, acquisition by way of an assignment of St James Court and reversionary lease to extend the new lease.
